West Ham and Chelsea have been fined £40,000 and £50,000 respectively by the Football Association following last month's clash at Upton Park.

Both clubs admitted misconduct charges of failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion during West Ham's 2-1 win.
The two clubs have also been severely warned as to their future conduct.
West Ham's players were unhappy with Nemanja Matic's challenge on Diafra Sakho in the 44th minute of the London derby and surrounded referee Jonathan Moss.
Chelsea's players then did the same after Moss sent the Blues midfielder off for the foul.
Blues' assistant coach Silvino Louro's reaction to the decision earned him a red card, while manager Jose Mourinho's half-time exchange with Moss resulted in him also being sent to the stands.
Mourinho already had a suspended stadium ban hanging over him for previous indiscretions during this troubled season and subsequently missed Saturday's defeat at Stoke.
An FA statement read: "Following an Independent Regulatory Commission hearing, West Ham United and Chelsea have been fined £40,000 and £50,000 respectively after both clubs admitted an FA misconduct charge.
"The charge was for failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion during the fixture between the two sides on October 24, 2015.
"Both clubs were also severely warned as to their future conduct."
