The defender joined the the League One side on a month's loan in October after impressing for the Foxes' youth side.
Since then Davis has gone on to make three appearances for Fleetwood and they have now extended his stay at the club.
The centre-back will remain with the Cod Army for another month and could feature in Saturday's FA Cup First Round trip to Walsall.
